Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy specifically tailored to Gen Alpha demographics and future workforce trends.
- Utilize AI-driven sourcing tools and digital platforms to identify passive candidates and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs based on projected business growth and industry shifts.
- Revamp employer branding initiatives to resonate with younger generations, emphasizing sustainability, purpose, and flexibility.
- Conduct behavioral interviews that assess adaptability, digital literacy, and cultural fit for a rapidly evolving work environment.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment or Human Resources, with a strong focus on talent strategy.

- Proven track record of implementing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR automation tools.
- Experience in the San Francisco Bay Area or willingness to relocate.
