Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the 2026 graduate intake, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) and job boards to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Organize and host campus recruitment events and virtual career fairs.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Graduating in 2025/2026 preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR coordination (internships count).
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for identifying top talent.
