Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of the 2026 platform roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Oversee the migration to cloud-native microservices and implement advanced AI/ML integration strategies.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, conducting code reviews and architectural audits to maintain high standards.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring project delivery aligns with aggressive 2026 milestones.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and evaluating their feasibility for adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in designing distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading the technical strategy for major digital transformations.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
