Responsibilities

- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product development cycles
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing techniques

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with >$100M impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in at least one future-tech domain
- Experience managing global R&D teams and multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
