Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market disruption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks and scenario-planning models
- Champion ethical innovation and sustainable tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching next-gen products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (papers, patents, keynotes)
