Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the company's 2026 Technology Vision and translate it into a detailed, multi-year product roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize features that maximize business impact and technological feasibility.
- Drive the integration of Generative AI and predictive modeling into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends that will disrupt the industry by 2026.
- Mentor product managers and foster a culture of innovation and strategic thinking.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in for major technological pivots.
- Measure product success using KPIs and iterate on strategies to ensure long-term viability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Proven track record of launching complex, high-scale software products.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their potential applications in 2026 and beyond.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, user research, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentation.
