- Executive Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic concepts to the C-Suite and Board of Directors, ensuring alignment across all departments regarding future goals.
- Resource Allocation Strategy: Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize budget allocation for strategic initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Change Management: Champion cultural transformation initiatives required to support the transition to the 2026 operating model.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience considered).
