You will own the 2026 Vision, working directly with the C-Suite to identify high-impact opportunities. Your work will directly influence our product portfolio and market positioning, making this a critical role for our growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Architect the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap for the organization, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee the execution of pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives for future tech integration.
- Present strategic innovation plans to the Board of Directors and executive leadership team.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to translate long-term vision into actionable quarterly milestones.
- Monitor global market trends to anticipate disruptions and pivot strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or corporate development.
- Proven experience leading high-level strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the technological landscape leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategic concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on forecasting and scenario planning.
