Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the development of a comprehensive strategic vision for the year 2026, aligning cross-functional teams on long-term goals and key performance indicators.
- Market Foresight: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies, economic shifts, and competitive landscapes to predict future market demands.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate high-level partnerships with industry leaders, startups, and academic institutions to foster innovation.
- Prioritization & Execution: Work with executive leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to high-impact projects.
- Communication: Articulate complex strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders, from board members to operational teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Agile Strategy: Adapt and refine strategic plans dynamically based on real-time data and feedback loops.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Planning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles within a Fortune 500 company.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential business applications by 2026.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and navigate uncertain environments.
