In this role, you will define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and future-proof. You will work alongside top-tier engineers and product managers to turn bold concepts into reality.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, aligning engineering goals with long-term business objectives.
- Architect scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS/Azure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Lead a team of senior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to drive competitive advantage.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for software development and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or system architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration within enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
