As a key member of our Ethics & Compliance division, you'll develop and implement governance frameworks that ensure AI systems align with human values, regulatory standards, and societal expectations. You'll work with cutting-edge AI while maintaining ethical guardrails that build trust and drive sustainable innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for emerging AI technologies
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with Fortune 500 partners
- Author white papers on AI ethics standards for industry conferences
- Monitor global AI regulatory developments and recommend policy adaptations
- Train technical teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles
- Strong technical understanding of ML model development lifecycle
- Published research in AI ethics or technology policy (required)
- Experience with cross-functional teams in tech, legal, and ethics domains
- Certification in AI Ethics or Technology Governance (e.g., CEG, CLE)
