Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead technical architecture and code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical implementations.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues with urgency.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a relevant technology stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
