Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and AWS services
- Proven track record with Kubernetes and Terraform

- Strong understanding of gRPC and event-driven architectures
- Experience mentoring technical teams of 5+ engineers
