Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Architect scalable microservices solutions
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Optimize application performance and security protocols
- Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Strong AWS cloud architecture experience
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization
