Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure architectural integrity and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, reduce latency, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-stack capacity.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js frameworks.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
