Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security while troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack technologies.
- Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and API design principles.
