Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and technical decision-making for complex projects.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and technical debt to ensure system reliability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Django).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
