Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust web applications and APIs using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Ensure security best practices and compliance with government standards (FedRAMP, FISMA) are integrated into every development cycle.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation and architecture reviews.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Expert-level knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
