Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern technologies like React, Angular, and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure maintainability, security, and performance standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on tight deadlines.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement performance improvements to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- API Development: Design and document RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Frontend Proficiency: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Backend Expertise: Expertise in Node.js, Python, or Java, along with experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
