Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 platform, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Edge Computing) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data security across all microservices.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust and experience with modern frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience designing distributed systems and handling high-concurrency scenarios.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
