Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable backend services using Python and Go.
- Design and optimize real-time data pipelines for high-velocity transaction processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Deep expertise in Python and/or Go, with experience in asynchronous programming.
- Experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Proficiency with modern databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
