Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ horizon, aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Lead innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions in virtual/augmented ecosystems
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Create technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs for adoption and ROI
- Advocate for responsible innovation frameworks and ethical AI deployment
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or neurotech
- Strong background in product lifecycle management for disruptive tech
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder alignment
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business required
