Qualifications

- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on AI ethics or sustainable computing
- Proficiency in Rust, Python, and quantum programming frameworks
- Certification in Quantum Software Development (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience with neural interface hardware development
