Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems for the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring resilience under massive load.
- System Optimization: Continuously refactor and optimize legacy codebases to improve latency and throughput, targeting sub-millisecond response times.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews, technical workshops, and career development sessions.
- Infrastructure as Code: Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes to automate deployment processes.
- Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies to integrate them into the Project 2026 framework.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Core Stack: Deep expertise in Python or Golang, with proven experience in Rust or C++ for performance-critical components.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with AWS or GCP, specifically in managing serverless architectures and containerized environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to debug complex, distributed system issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
