Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable cloud-native applications using Java/Spring Boot and React
- Lead Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Docker
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical documentation
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and security best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and relational databases (SQL)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture
