Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver innovative features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex performance bottlenecks and technical debt within existing systems.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to drive project momentum.
- Write comprehensive, clear, and well-documented technical documentation for APIs, system architecture, and user guides.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or C#.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
