Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using React and Node.js, ensuring robust security and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure automated testing protocols are met.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
