Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure system security and data integrity.
- Contribute to the technical documentation and architectural decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Java, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React or Angular is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
