Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for clients and internal teams
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system deployments
- Monitor network performance and security protocols
- Assist with software updates and patch management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
