- Lead design and implementation of microservices using Java/Spring Boot

- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements for faster deployments
- Own incident response and root cause analysis for production issues
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to deliver user-centric features
- Automate testing processes to achieve 95%+ test coverage
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java
- Expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proven track record with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
