Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure high-speed, reliable performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to enforce best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and provide timely resolutions.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and devise effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
