Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of cloud-native microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Architect and implement real-time payment processing systems with AWS Lambda and DynamoDB
- Mentor 3-4 junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct security audits and implement PCI-DSS compliance measures
- Drive agile ceremonies and improve development workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring development with RESTful APIs
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong background in fintech or high-transaction systems
- Proven leadership in mentoring engineering teams
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Active AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
