Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while actively refactoring existing systems for improved performance and security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Testing & QA: Implement rigorous unit and integration testing strategies to ensure software reliability and bug-free deployment.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance within the team.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and devise innovative solutions to overcome architectural challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React or Node.js preferred).
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and experience with cloud databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
