Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead the technical architecture for new feature releases and system improvements.
- Conduct code reviews, technical assessments, and mentorship for junior engineers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for high traffic.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
