Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications and software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to ensure code quality.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, optimizing application performance and scalability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
