Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while performing thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services seamlessly.
- Testing & Deployment: Develop automated testing strategies and ensure smooth CI/CD pipeline deployments to production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical training, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO.
