Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot on AWS infrastructure
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Architect RESTful APIs with 99.99% SLA requirements
- Conduct performance tuning and security audits
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in backend development with Java and cloud platforms
- Expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Proficiency in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with algorithmic aptitude
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
