Responsibilities
- Architect and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and visual concepts into pixel-perfect code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS (SASS, Tailwind, or Styled Components).
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Context API).
- Deep understanding of web performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards.
