Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Optimize system performance and security protocols

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and Docker
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
