Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to strict coding standards and security protocols.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical mentoring of junior developers.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
- Deploy applications to cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and ensure system reliability through rigorous testing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end libraries (React, Vue, Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Java, or .NET) and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
