Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Own full lifecycle of critical customer-facing features
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with cloud-native development
- Expert proficiency in Python/Go and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record with event-driven architecture
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent practical experience
- Strong background in security-first design principles
- Experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
