Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable AWS cloud architectures using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Optimize cloud costs and performance using AWS Cost Explorer and CloudWatch
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and Jenkins
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement infrastructure-as-code best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS certification (Solutions Architect Professional preferred)
- Expert knowledge of at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, or Go)
- Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
