Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 technical support to internal employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Manage and document helpdesk tickets using our ticketing system.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications
