Responsibilities
- Architect and implement core systems designed for the 2026 technological landscape, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Lead the design and deployment of microservices and distributed systems using cutting-edge frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready software.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt while driving continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend or distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures.
- Proven track record of shipping high-scale, high-availability applications.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
