Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and deliver features.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical training sessions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
