Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- API Development: Build and maintain robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support front-end functionality.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Optimization: Improve application performance, responsiveness, and SEO rankings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure cohesive product delivery.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to technical best practices within the team.
- Testing: Implement automated testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure product stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional Full Stack development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar runtime environments.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with AWS or Azure services.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
