Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and security standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, UI/UX Designers) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Perform code reviews and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and reduce bugs.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical mentorship to foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
