Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Python/Go in AWS/GCP environments
- Lead production deployments and optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical documentation
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing infrastructure
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and security audits

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Python/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Proven track record of shipping production systems at scale
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
