Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Optimize application performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams on feature roadmap
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and cloud technologies
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
