Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users in simple terms.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex tickets.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest technology trends.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows & Mac) and internet browsers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
